  • Defects in Service:If a report contains errors or omissions due to our fault, we will provide a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • In Business Transfers: If CheckCarz is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • Refund Process
    To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving their report. Our team will review the request and, if approved, process the refund within 15 days.
  • Refund Timeline
    - Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the report.
    - Refunds will be processed within 15 days of approving the refund request.
  • Refund Methods Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
